Housing and Dining

Love Thy Neighbor. All Thousands of Them.

Located two miles from downtown Dayton, our 388-acre campus is bordered by a quiet neighborhood — the ideal surrounding for a residential university.

Housing

More than 85 percent of our students live on campus and in the student neighborhood — a one-of-a-kind community of students living side by side in porch-clad houses.

All first-year undergraduate students belong to a learning-living community, which offers a chance to engage in shared classes and activities with your hallmates. Later, you'll move to an apartment, suite or house in the student neighborhood. We also offer special housing for law, graduate and international students.

Dining

And with its vast dining options and top-notch facilities, the University has received more than eight national awards for excellence in college dining since 2010.
